Booking policies
Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments
All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Payments
A £25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Rest to be paid in cash.
Late policy
We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that a £15 late fee will be incurred.
Before your appointment
- Please arrive with clean & makeup-free face. Ensure there is no mascara, eyeliner, or oil-based products on your face, lashes or lids to achieve the best retention.
- Avoid energy drinks or caffeine before lash appointments.
- If you have specific lash styles or a desired make up look in mind feel free to bring inspiration photos. This helps us achieve your perfect lash style!

Model appointments are used to create content for our portfolio and social media while showcasing our lash and makeup services.
Apply as a lash model, make up model or both.
Model spaces are limited, so applying doesn’t guarantee a spot. If you’re picked, you’ll get an email with a private booking link.
